Vision
Capability is no longer the problem.Judgement is.
AI models write, code and summarise in seconds. What is still hard is deciding what is worth delegating, what needs human judgement, and what should not be done at all.
Arquely exists to answer that with concrete work. We start from problems that remain badly solved and from the people who deal with them every day — not from enthusiasm about the technology.
If an idea does not survive those conversations, we don't build it.

What is Arquely?
An artificial intelligence and technology startup. It is launching its first two products: bespoke automation for repetitive processes and document reading with OCR and AI.
Are the products available?
They are launching, on a pilot basis. The automation service is taking its first projects and the document product is being tested with a small group of companies. There are no list prices or public plans yet — numbers are agreed in writing, case by case.
What is the pilot programme?
A way to test with real companies before selling a finished product. In the document pilot, the company shares anonymised documents, we measure current processing time against the time with the tool, and we decide together, with numbers, whether it makes sense to continue.
What stage are you at?
Validating with pilots. Before scaling, we want to measure in real companies what works and what does not — and fix it first.
What do I get by leaving my email?
You follow what we are building, you can tell us which problem matters, and you are invited to discovery or pilot conversations. There is no regular newsletter.
How do I talk to you?
